Interactive Voice Messaging
Interactive Voice Messaging (IVM) is a low cost method to
quickly
contact your customers via the telephone and leave a pre-recorded
message. If desired, we can give each customer contacted the option to
press a key and speak with a live representative. Messages can be
customized for each group of customers based on the desired effect.
Key features of our IVM service include:
- The standard message is recorded using a live voice
- We can import up to 10 unique fields for text to speech
capabilities. I.E. name, balance, service date, insurance company, last
payment amount or date, etc.
- Caller Connect: Instruct the customer to press 9 to speak
with a live representative to accept payment.
- Replay: Instruct the customer to press 2 to repeat the
message
- Confirmation keys 3, 4, 5, 6. For example: Press 3 if this
is
John Doe, then they will receive a more personal message regarding the
amount due
- Delivers broadcast messages effectively to answering
machines
- Choose any telephone number to appear on the recipients
caller ID
- Hold Queue: When your lines are busy, we can keep customers
on hold with music
- You define the time of day the calls are processed
- You define how many lines we use during the campaign
- After all the numbers are called once, we will recall all
the no answers and busy numbers
